Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy covers the private “LibreChat” application and the tools that come with it (an AI assistant, an MCP gateway and a Google Workspace MCP server). They run on my own server, are used only by me, and are not offered to anyone else.
What data is processed
After I sign in with a Google account and grant consent, the application can access that account’s data within the approved scopes: Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Tasks, Contacts and Google Chat.
Why
Data is fetched only when I ask for it, for example to find a message, draft an email or check my calendar. It is not used for advertising, profiling or training AI models.
Storage and sharing
- OAuth access tokens are stored on my server and are never given to third parties.
- Data from Google services is never sold or shared with anyone.
- Request content may be sent to the language model provider that the assistant uses, solely to carry out my request.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google Account permissions page. Once access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working.
